The monthly fee is how we earn our living, so we don't need to charge you to build the site. Building it is the quicker part. Hosting it, keeping it secure and making your changes over the years is where the work is, and that's what the £35 a month pays for.

It's a fair question, and no. You pay £35 a month for hosting and changes, plus your domain name at cost. That's all. If you ever want something bigger, we'll tell you the price first and you decide. Nothing is added without you agreeing to it.

Hosting your website, your SSL certificate (the padlock in the address bar), keeping everything up to date and secure, and unlimited everyday changes to your existing pages.

No. Everyday changes are unlimited: text, photos, prices, opening hours and the like, usually done within 2 working days. Send them whenever you need to. A big batch at once, or changes that add up to new pages or a redesign, count as bigger work, so we'll price those first.

Your domain name (like yourbusiness.co.uk) is charged at cost, so you pay what it costs us and nothing more, usually around £10 to £15 a year. It's registered in your name, so it always belongs to you.

Email addresses aren't included. If you'd like one on your own domain, we'll help you set it up with Microsoft 365. You pay Microsoft directly, so there's nothing extra to pay us.

Only once your website is live and you're happy with it. Building it and showing it to you costs nothing, and if you decide it's not for you, you don't owe us anything. After that it's £35 a month by Direct Debit, plus your domain name.

Yes. With nothing to pay upfront, it's an easy way to get a professional website while you're getting going, and you only start paying once you're happy with it.

Yes, at any time. There's no minimum contract, we just ask for 30 days' notice. If you've been with us for less than 24 months and want to keep your website, there's a one-off fee of £1,600. Otherwise we take the site down when you leave, and we'll send you back your own words and photos if you ask.

Your words, photos and logo are always yours. For the first 24 months we own the design and code while we look after them. After 24 months the whole website is yours: if you ever leave, we'll hand over all the files so you can host it wherever you like.

We'll usually show you a first design within a few days of getting what we need from you, and have your website finished within two weeks. Often it's quicker.

Sorry, not with this offer. The monthly hosting is what pays for the free build, and having your site with us means we can make your changes quickly.

Yes. A logo is a one-off extra, and we'll agree the price with you before we start.

That's fine. Online booking, multi-step forms and extra pages can all be added. We'll give you a price, and nothing starts until you've agreed it.

So every business gets our full attention. It means we can't take everyone on, but everyone who applies hears back from us within three working days, whether it's a yes or a no.
