The Client
SIP wanted to bring a new, industry-leading HAZOP application to market, something that would transform how risk assessments are conducted. They needed a powerful, cloud-based SaaS solution that not only streamlined HAZOP studies but also gave clients complete control over their data and security.

The goal was to build a fully scalable, enterprise-ready HAZOP platform that businesses could either subscribe to as a SaaS solution or deploy within their own infrastructure. SIP wanted a feature-rich yet intuitive tool that could replace outdated spreadsheet-based risk assessments with a modern, automated, and fully traceable system.

Capital Expenses Application
The Client
The client needed a centralised, cloud-based solution to manage and track capital expenses efficiently across their organisation. Their existing process relied on manual approvals, spreadsheets, and scattered email chains, making it difficult to maintain oversight, enforce approval workflows, and generate real-time reports. They wanted a modern, secure, and fully auditable system to streamline the entire capital expenditure (CapEx) lifecycle.

The goal was to build a bespoke Capital Expenditure Management System that would allow teams to submit, track, and approve CapEx requests effortlessly. The system needed to support multi-level approval workflows, automated notifications, and detailed financial tracking.
